1. Refund Period

We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase for educational programmes and materials, provided the conditions below are met.

2. Conditions for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • Digital materials must not have been downloaded or extensively used
  • Consultation services cannot be refunded after the session has been delivered
  • Proof of purchase is required

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Services that have been fully delivered or completed
  • Digital materials that have been accessed beyond preview
  • Group programmes after attendance
  • Custom consultations after delivery

4. How to Request a Refund

Email your refund request to info@ankleherbal.world with:

  • Your name and purchase date
  • Order or receipt number
  • Reason for refund request

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund is credited to your original payment method.

6. Return Shipping

If physical materials were provided, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective.

7. Cancellation Policy

Consultations: Cancel 48 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Programmes: Cancellations within 7 days of enrolment are fully refundable. After 7 days, a 50% refund is available.

8. Disputes

If you have a refund dispute, contact us at info@ankleherbal.world. We will work to resolve the issue fairly within 14 days.
